It’s Official
I received my first advance royalty check on my upcoming book, Professional JavaScript, yesterday. I'm sure this is just another event for long-time authors, but for a first time author like myself, this is very exciting.
As it stands right now, the book is halfway complete, with the rest due to be completed by the end of January. After that point, there is still a review/editing period before it will be released. I anticipate it will be out during the summer of 2005, but there really is no way to tell.
